Bleeding the Demon was officially selected for the 2026 Melbourne Documentary Film Festival, one of Australia's leading documentary film festivals. Created independently by Mat Love, the film explores identity, addiction, obesity, mental health, and personal transformation through an honest and deeply personal lens. Its selection by MDFF marked a significant milestone for the project, bringing the story to a wider audience and recognising its impact as a powerful piece of independent documentary filmmaking.
