Private Screening & Discussion — September 2026

Bleeding the Demon was privately screened for members of the Weight Issues Network , followed by an extended live Q&A and discussion.

The conversation explored my lived experience of obesity, bullying, significant weight loss and the lasting effects these experiences can have on identity. It also opened a broader discussion around weight stigma, access to care, and why lived experience needs a meaningful place in conversations about obesity.

I'm grateful to Andrew Wilson and the WIN team for creating the opportunity to share the film and, more importantly, for the conversation that followed.
